Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To begin, contact MACAUSURE at Info@macausure.com.mo with your order number and the reason for the request.

Return authorisation

Returns must be approved before they are sent. Once your request is accepted, we will provide the return address and the relevant packing and delivery instructions. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Return condition

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or otherwise protected by applicable consumer law, returned furniture must be unused, in the condition received and accompanied by its original packaging and proof of purchase.

Large furniture and return freight

Furniture returns may require specialist collection or freight. We will confirm the available arrangement and any applicable return freight cost before you proceed. Please do not arrange an unauthorised return shipment.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery where practical. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs so that we can assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy.

Exceptions

Custom-made, personalised and special-order products cannot normally be returned for change of mind. Final-sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. These exclusions do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, eligible consumers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable law and the condition requirements above.

Refunds

We will notify you after the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed after refund approval, contact us at Info@macausure.com.mo.
